Returns


Return Policy

Nespresso accepts returns for machines and accessories, within 14 days, provided they are in new or unused condition, in their original packaging in perfect condition, and with the original invoice.

All returns must be shipped to the Nespresso Canada Returns center at the customer’s expense .Please include the proof of purchase, with the returned item circled, and send it to:

Please note:

Items returned after the 14-day policy will not be credited

That in-person returns and machine repair requests are not accepted at the aforementioned address

Your member account will be credited within 30 days of the reception of the item

We strongly recommend using a traceable method of shipping to track and ensure its delivery


Any machine purchased from a retailer or other website must be returned to its original seller. Please be informed that we do not accept returns for machines purchased through a retailer.
You may also return accessories or machines directly to a Nespresso Boutique.

We are committed to providing high quality coffee with responsibility. Together we can minimize our impact on the environment, thus we make the recycling process as simple as possible.
By placing recycling capsules in your daily routine, you will not only enjoy the good taste of Nespresso coffee. You will also feel beautiful. How?

 

2. RECYCLING AT HOME

Request the collection of your used capsules, at the time of delivery.

  1. Collect and place your used capsules in the 
  2. Place your next order and choose Recycling on the time slot page.
  3. Deliver the enclosed recycling bag to the courier who brings your order.
  4. Keep the Nespresso recycling bag you will receive in your order to use it for your next recycling. Alternatively, you can take one from your nearest

Receive your order with Standard Delivery* within 2-3 business days when purchasing 50 capsules or 6 Vertuo Carafe sleeves, Nespresso Machine or accessories.
- Place your order through the Nespresso website or by telephone at 0800 98 90 98* (toll–free number) or +385 1 5499 468*.
- Minimum coffee order quantity is set to 50 capsules or 6 Vertuo Carafe sleeves, for packaging reasons.

Enjoy same-day delivery in the Montréal and Toronto area.
